What are the precursors of breast cancer? How to self-test?

The early stage of breast cancer is almost asymptomatic except for lumps, most of them do not have breast pain and local skin changes, some of them are found unintentionally in the shower, but because the lumps are not painful, many women do not care, which is actually wrong. If a breast lump is found, go to the hospital for further examination to clarify the diagnosis.

Self-testing methods:

    Take off your shirt, hang your arms down naturally, look into the mirror and observe whether your nipples are symmetrical and abnormal on both sides;

  1. Lift your arms up and hold your head, and again observe whether the nipples are symmetrical bilaterally and whether there are any lumps and skin depressions;
  2. Lie on your back with a pillow on your shoulder, fingers straight, and touch all areas of the breast in a flat position;
  3. After examining all areas of the breast in sequence, reach into the top of the armpit, with fingers also straight and flat, and touch for lymph node masses;
  4. Examine the areola and observe the nipple for overflowing fluid spillage.
