There are physiologic and pathologic factors for gastric bulge, which should be treated with gastroscopy and CT examination of the upper abdomen in order to clarify the cause of the disease, and then take appropriate treatment measures according to the cause of the disease, such as medication and surgical treatment. 1. Physiological causes and treatment measures: excessive eating for a short period of time due to various reasons causes an increase in the volume of the stomach, which can be seen in the middle of the stomach, protruding from the body surface. (2) Reduce mental stress, relax appropriately, promote the elimination of bad emotions, and avoid overeating. 2. Pathologic causes and therapeutic measures: swelling and thickening of gastric mucosa due to gastric diseases, gastroscopy can see the bulging of mucosa in the middle of the stomach. (1) Chronic non-atrophic gastritis: after confirmed diagnosis by gastroscopy and histological examination, use acid-suppressing drugs such as omeprazole enteric-coated tablets, bismuth such as bismuth potassium citrate capsules, antibiotics such as amoxicillin capsules and clarithromycin capsules as prescribed by the doctor for drug treatment. (2) Gastric tumor: after gastroscopy and mucosal biopsy to confirm the diagnosis, endoscopic mucosal resection or surgical treatment should be carried out according to medical advice. If the bulge in the middle of stomach is found, the patient should consult a doctor in time in order to clarify whether the cause is physiological or pathological, and then follow the doctor’s instruction to carry out appropriate treatment according to the cause.
