If there is bleeding in the stomach, it can be accompanied by black stool, which can be further clarified by gastroscopy and CT examination of the upper abdomen if necessary. If gastroscopy reveals inflammation or ulcers in the mucous membrane of the stomach, it can confirm benign lesions; if a lump is found in the stomach or there is a bulge around the ulcer, and the upper abdominal CT also reveals thickening of the stomach wall, it generally indicates gastric cancer and requires radical tumor surgery. If the colon tumor forms incomplete or complete obstruction, it can also be manifested as abdominal distension, which is mainly caused by the digestive juices in the stomach and small intestine not being able to drain down normally.
