What are the symptoms of bowel cancer?

Bowel cancer generally refers to colorectal cancer. Clinical symptoms of colorectal cancer include intestinal symptoms, symptoms triggered by metastasis of cancer, symptoms of organ failure and systemic symptoms. 1. intestinal symptoms include diarrhea, abdominal distension, vomiting, constipation, blood in stool, abdominal pain and so on. 2. Peritoneal metastasis presents with abdominal distension caused by malignant ascites formation, and liver metastasis presents with anorexia, pain in the liver area, jaundice, and hepatic coma. Lung metastasis of intestinal cancer appears cough, chest tightness and breath holding, chest pain, panic and shortness of breath. Brain metastasis can present headache, vomiting, epilepsy, ataxia, loss of vision, etc. 3. Advanced patients can present with multiple organ failure, and can present with symptoms such as oliguria, anuria, shock, lethargy, coma, and so on. 4. Systemic symptoms mainly refer to fever and extreme wasting.
