Autoimmune hemolytic anemia is mostly diagnosed by clinical manifestations and laboratory tests.
1. Clinical manifestations: autoimmune hemolytic anemia mostly manifests as chronic extravascular hemolysis, with clinical manifestations of anemia, splenomegaly and jaundice. Long-term hyperbilirubinemia can be complicated by liver function impairment and cholelithiasis.
2. Laboratory examination: diagnosis of autoimmune hemolytic anemia mostly adopts direct anti-human globulin test, and those with positive test mostly suggest the disease, mainly for anti-IgG and anti-complement C3 type. Most of the positive cell positive pigment anemia, reticulocyte ratio increased, white blood cells and platelets are normal, the bone marrow is compensatory hyperplasia, mainly juvenile erythrocyte hyperplasia.
If autoimmune hemolytic anemia is suspected, timely consultation should be made to clarify the diagnosis so as not to delay the condition.
