In most patients with complete right bundle branch block, regular review of the ECG is sufficient and will not affect the body, and no special treatment is needed. Generally, such ECG changes are irreversible, unless there is acute ischemia and a transient complete right bundle branch block occurs, which is expected to recover after treatment to improve circulation. In some patients with transient or sudden onset of complete right bundle branch block, attention should be paid to rule out any specific causes, such as myocardial ischemia, and targeted therapy should be used.
