Targeted drugs are more effective for colon cancer liver metastasis, and most patients with advanced colon cancer liver metastasis can benefit from the treatment. For patients with liver metastasis of colon cancer, according to the different expression of KRAS gene, the first line of treatment is bevacizumab or cetuximab, which are mostly used in combination with chemotherapy, and the current clinical studies have confirmed that these targeted drugs can significantly prolong the overall survival of patients with liver metastasis of colon cancer and improve the quality of patient’s survival. For patients with liver metastases of colon cancer that have progressed after first-line treatment, anti-angiogenic targeted drugs such as furaquintinib or regorafenib can be considered for treatment, and studies have confirmed that these targeted drugs can also prolong the survival time of patients. It is recommended that patients actively cooperate with the doctor’s treatment and keep a good mindset in order to prolong the survival time.
