There are many tests for infertility, and certain tests can be performed during menstruation, such as gynecological endocrine tests. Generally on the 3rd-5th day of menstruation, under the condition of fasting, blood is drawn in the morning around 9-10 am to test the gynecological endocrine level in the basal state, so as to be able to guide the conception. Some infertility testing programs can not be performed during menstruation, such as tubal fluid or tubalography, which needs to be performed 3-7 days after menstruation and without intercourse. The main purpose is to rule out infertility caused by tubal obstruction, while other means of detecting infertility, such as ultrasonography and gynecological internal diagnostic examination, need to be performed during non-menstrual periods.
