When the sound of speech comes out of the ears, it is usually considered as self-hearing enhancement, and the patient mainly shows that the sound inside the ears becomes louder and louder. This condition occurs mostly after the patient has had rhinitis, sinusitis, or other upper respiratory tract infections, such as the flu, etc. In general, clinical examination shows that the tympanic membrane is invaginated, the tympanic membrane is not clearly marked, pure tone hearing threshold shows conductive deafness, and the acoustic conductance shows a C or B curve, suggesting negative pressure or fluid in the tympanic chamber. Generally, patients have pharyngeal duct malfunction and other manifestations. Clinically, they can take some oral antibiotics, mucus promoter, do nasal flushing or apply nasal spray hormone and other symptomatic treatment.
