Patients with regurgitation and acid vomiting are generally given a combination of acid suppressants, gastric mucosal protective agents, and gastric motility drugs, as follows: I. Acid suppressants: two types are commonly used, namely H2 receptor antagonists and proton pump inhibitors, as follows: 1. H2 receptor antagonists: representative drugs are famotidine and cimetidine. 2. Proton pump inhibitors: five drugs are commonly used, including omeprazole, rabeprazole, pantoprazole, lansoprazole and esomeprazole. The most powerful and least side effects of Esomeprazole, but slightly more expensive. Second, the gastric mucosa protective agents: commonly used are magnesium aluminum carbonate, bismuth pectin, aluminum thioglycollate. Third, the promotion of gastric power drugs: commonly used are morpholine, Mosapride, Itopride and so on. In addition to drug treatment, patients should eat warm, soft, light, easy to digest food, more fluid and semi-liquid food, avoid spicy, cold, greasy food intake. Avoid overeating, eat small meals, chew slowly, and enhance physical fitness through proper exercise.
