How to treat coexisting spontaneous sweating and night sweating

According to Chinese medicine practitioners, the co-existence of spontaneous sweating and night sweating may be caused by qi and yin deficiencies, and the treatment should benefit the qi and astringe the yin, which can be treated with Chinese medicines such as Shengmai Drink, Deficiency Sweat Stopping Granules, and so on.
Self-sweating (involuntary sweating during the day, aggravated by sweating with a little movement) is generally due to a deficiency of qi that cannot regulate the sweat, and night sweating (abnormal sweating after going to sleep and stopping sweating after waking up) is mostly due to a deficiency of yin and internal heat, forcing the sweat to leak out of the body.
1. Pulse Sheng Drink: composed of red ginseng, maitake and schizandra, it has the effect of benefiting qi, nourishing yin and generating body fluid, and is suitable for palpitation and shortness of breath, spontaneous sweating and night sweating caused by deficiency of qi and yin.
2. Deficiency Sweat Stop Granules: composed of astragalus, floating wheat, jujube, oyster and other traditional Chinese medicines, it has the effect of benefiting qi and nourishing yin, fixing the surface and restraining sweating, and can be used for the treatment of spontaneous sweating, night sweating and night sweating of children caused by qi and yin insufficiency.
