Late pregnancy i.e. late anal prolapse of meat is mostly seen in hemorrhoids or prolapse, which is also called rectal mucosal prolapse. Hemorrhoids are caused by tortuous dilatation of the venous plexus on the hemorrhoids or by the downward movement of the anal cushion, as the increased abdominal pressure during pregnancy causes the venous plexus on the hemorrhoids to stagnate more easily, resulting in varicose veins. Rectal mucosal prolapse is a condition in which the mucosa of the rectum is partially or completely prolapsed downward, which can be triggered by an increase in abdominal pressure due to pregnancy. The probability of combined hemorrhoids in pregnant women is high, and surgical treatment is not advisable in late pregnancy to avoid affecting the fetus in the womb and causing miscarriage. Conservative treatment is preferred for combined hemorrhoids or hemorrhoidal mucosal prolapse in late pregnancy, where the nucleus of the hemorrhoid or intestinal mucosa that has prolapsed outside the anus is promptly returned to the anus. Keep your bowels open, prevent constipation or prolonged bowel movement, and adjust your diet.
