The presence of two lymphatic metastases is generally not very serious, but it is certainly more serious than that without metastases. In the description of the postoperative pathology report, two lymph nodes were found to have metastases, indicating that the disease may have progressed, that is, the stage is not very early. If the surgery is radical, even if there are two lymph nodes with metastasis and lymph node dissection, the treatment effect is still very good. For malignant tumor, it is also a comprehensive disease, which requires comprehensive anti-tumor treatment, including radiotherapy, chemotherapy and so on, and regular review is needed afterwards. In malignant tumors with lymph node metastasis, postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy is needed, for example, in breast cancer with axillary lymph node metastasis, postoperative radiotherapy is more effective.
