How to lower blood pressure and blood lipids

Lowering blood pressure depends on the body’s condition. If it is mild hypertension and hyperlipidemia, first regulate it through life and diet. If it is much higher than the normal level it needs to be controlled by medication, such as propranolol, a drug to lower blood pressure, or simvastatin, a drug to lower blood lipids. In life, you should moderate your diet, to be regular and limited. Do not eat too much or too salty at regular intervals, eat less fatty meat, chili peppers, raw onions, garlic, which are fatty and spicy stimulants, and eat more fresh vegetables, and fruits. Like animal fat, offal, cream and roe, all are unfavorable factors for high blood lipids. You should mix meat and veggies, mix coarse and fine grains, and eat a limited amount of salt, not too much, like pickles, squash, puffed eggs to not eat or eat less is better.
