The full name of ABPA in Chinese is allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, which refers to the metaplasia of bronchus and lung caused by Aspergillus infection in human body, with clinical manifestations such as cough, sputum and fever, and chest imaging manifestations such as thickening of bronchial mucous membrane wall and bronchial dilatation. In addition to antifungal treatment, this disease also requires the administration of anti-allergic treatment, such as the administration of hormone therapy. The principle of antifungal treatment is the same as that of general Aspergillus antifungal treatment, and voriconazole, caspofungin and micafungin can be given clinically. Anti-allergic treatment is mainly given hormone, generally given 0.5-1mg/kg, the treatment course is generally 6-12 weeks.
