Spinning treatment for lumbar disk herniation

Minimally invasive electric disc rotary cutter (referred to as: rotary cutter) uses batteries as the energy source, micro-motor as the power, and adopts the world’s advanced minimally invasive intervertebral disc surgical technology to take out the diseased tissues of the nucleus pulposus of the intervertebral discs, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the pressure on the intervertebral discs of the patients and relieving the pain. The rotary cutter was initially developed by Stryker in the U.S. and introduced into China in 2005, and has achieved good clinical results. Treatment Mechanism: Using minimally invasive surgical techniques, utilizing batteries as the energy source, micro-motor as the power, and special rotary cutting drills, the rotary cutter is used with X-ray machine to implement percutaneous disc puncture rotary cutting and decompression of intervertebral disc lesion patients through the puncture needles. The rotary cutter treatment of discogenic low back pain has the following characteristics: 1. Minimally invasive and effective. The effective rate reaches 90~95%. 2.It can reduce the pressure of intervertebral disc or remove the herniated nucleus pulposus. 3.Electric high-speed rotary cutting. 4.Small pain. 5.Small damage. 6.Fast recovery. 7.No obvious scar after surgery. Indications: 1, Lumbar pain with lower limb radiating pain or lower limb pain caused by lumbar disc herniation. 2.Objective evidence shows that lumbar disc herniation is the cause of low back pain, including positive straight leg raising test and positive strengthening test; confirmed by imaging tests (including X-ray, MRI, CT, discography). 3.Contained disc herniation (intact annulus fibrosus). 4. The height of the intervertebral disc cannot be <70% of the normal disc height. 5, After other conservative treatment (such as drug therapy, physical therapy or epidural injection and other therapies), the effect is not good.
