Is there a link between cervical cancer and the vagina

There may be an association between cervical cancer and the vagina. It is possible that cervical cancer may have metastasized to the vagina as a result of vaginal cancer. Cervical cancer may also not be associated with the vagina.
The vagina is connected to the cervix, and if vaginal cancer exists and metastasis to neighboring organs occurs, it may induce cervical cancer. And if the patient suffers from cervical cancer without timely treatment, the cervical cancer will spread and may also metastasize to the patient’s vagina, so cervical cancer and vagina may be associated to some extent.
Cervical cancer may also have no association with vagina, such as cervical carcinoma in situ and early cervical cancer, in which the cancer foci are limited to the cervical area and have no association with vagina.
It is suggested that patients should pay attention to vaginal hygiene and avoid unclean sex in daily life. Meanwhile, patients with cervical cancer should follow the doctor’s prescription and take timely treatment to avoid metastasis of the cancer, which will affect the quality of life and survival period of the patients.
