Is it flatulence if your baby keeps farting?

Babies farting all the time is a manifestation of flatulence, which is usually related to the entry of air into the intestines, insufficient digestion, hunger and constipation.
1. Entering air in the intestines: usually during feeding, the baby’s lips do not completely wrap around the areola, or the bottle is not tilted enough for artificially fed babies, leading to the inhalation of a large amount of air, which causes the baby to fart all the time.
2. Insufficient digestion: when the baby is indigested, the amount of gas in the body will increase, and the body’s exhaust will increase accordingly, which will lead to bloating, intestinal flatulence, farting and farting, and smelly farting symptoms.
3. Hunger: If the baby always farts, and all the farts are empty, but there is no odor, this situation is due to the baby’s gastrointestinal tract emptying, hunger caused by frequent peristalsis of the intestines.
4. Constipation: When the baby is constipated for a long time, it will lead to feces producing a lot of gas under bacterial fermentation, resulting in frequent farting.
If the baby has not been relieved of the above symptoms and is accompanied by other symptoms, parents should take the baby to the hospital for examination and symptomatic treatment under the guidance of the doctor.
