What medication to use for smelly leukorrhea

The odor of leukorrhea is considered to be caused by the increase of vaginal secretion caused by not paying attention to personal hygiene, or dietary habits. You can use gynecological cleansing or bitter ginseng lotion to wash the vulva and vagina. Choose loose, breathable, cotton underwear and pants, and observe for 3-5 days to see if the symptoms are relieved. If symptoms are not relieved or worsening occurs, it is recommended to go to the hospital for a routine leukorrhea test in order to diagnose the type of vaginitis. If mycosis fungoides causes smelly leukorrhea, it is recommended to use miconazole nitrate suppository or itraconazole suppository for treatment; if the vaginitis is caused by bacterial or trichomonas infection, it is recommended to use metronidazole suppository for treatment. The drugs used for different causative organisms are not quite the same, and the best way to present a case of foul smelling leukorrhea is to have a routine leukorrhea test first.
