The urine routine of uremic patients is abnormal. The function of kidneys in human body is to produce urine, excrete excess water and toxins from the body, and maintain the internal environment of the body. The most common and simplest test in clinical practice is urine routine, which can indicate abnormalities in urine protein, urine occult blood, urine tubular pattern or urine specific gravity, and in addition to urine routine abnormalities, patients with uremia may also have abnormalities in kidney function, renal ultrasound, blood count, electrolytes and parathyroid gland.
