What do you mean by fibrous nodules in both lungs?

Fibrosclerotic foci in both lungs refer to old lesions in both lungs and are generally considered benign.
Fibrosclerotic lesions are usually old lesions that are left behind after treatment for inflammation or tuberculosis that causes damage to the lobes of the lungs and localized inflammation is absorbed and the wounds gradually heal. It can be detected on chest X-ray or CT imaging.
It can exist in the lungs for a long time without causing pathological changes. Therefore, it is generally considered a benign lesion.
Although fibrosclerotic foci are generally benign, regular physical examinations should be performed to see if the fibrosclerotic foci have changed compared to the previous ones. If there is an increase in the number of sclerotic lesions, they should be treated immediately to determine the cause of the disease.
