Nasopharyngeal cancer is one of the malignant tumors with high incidence in China, and the reasons for its recurrence vary from person to person: 1) immune function: those with low immune function and decreased resistance are prone to recurrence of nasopharyngeal cancer; 2) pathological type: those with bad pathological type and those who have not been able to get control of the nasopharyngeal cancer after radiotherapy treatment are prone to recurrence of the nasopharyngeal cancer; 3) individual differences and insensitivity to treatment; 4) patients with a large range of lesions, or those with distant metastases are more likely to have recurrences; 5) treatment method: formal and advanced treatment means can reduce the rate of recurrence and improve the efficiency of radiotherapy.
