EKG shows anterior wall ischemia. Is it serious?

When the electrocardiogram suggests that the patient has anterior wall ischemia, it indicates that the condition is more serious and should be further treated in cardiovascular medicine in time.
1. Myocardial ischemia is a common but serious pathophysiological state in cardiovascular medicine, which may further develop into ischemic cardiomyopathy or even sudden death if not treated in time. Myocardial ischemia is more often caused by coronary artery stenosis due to coronary artery disease, or coronary artery spasm triggered by a decrease in blood supply to myocardial cells and a decrease in oxygen supply.
2. The anterior wall of the heart is supplied with blood by the anterior descending branch of the left main stem of the coronary artery. When the left anterior descending branch is stenosed or obstructed, it will lead to extensive ischemia and hypoxia of the anterior wall, i.e., the left ventricle, and may even endanger the life.
When the electrocardiogram suggests that the anterior wall ischemia needs to consult a doctor in time, improve the cardiac enzymes, coronary angiography and other tests, timely treatment.
