Eczema is a chronic disease and the goal of treatment is to prevent its recurrence, not to eradicate it, and it is important to improve the quality of life of the affected child. At this time, it is particularly important to strengthen the care. Bathing the child is necessary, but we should pay attention to the following aspects: 1, it is recommended to use a shower, 5-10 minutes each time, the water temperature at 36-38 degrees; 2, the frequency of bathing can be more frequent, such as once a day, but the bath should not be irritating; 3, emollients are to be used every day, but if the child’s skin is more sensitive, it is recommended to use medical emollients. When not bathing, you can also use emollients; 4. Choose cotton clothes for children, and adults who take care of children should also wear cotton clothes. Never cover the child too tightly; For mild eczema, there is no need to see the doctor repeatedly. However, for severe eczema, the child should have regular follow-up visits and should undergo some tests to rule out other causative factors.
