Blood pressure is sometimes high and sometimes low, and if it fluctuates within the normal range it is physiologic. It may also be non-physiologic, such as irregular medication and irregular life.
1. Physiological factors: Everyone’s blood pressure level fluctuates up and down within the normal range (90-140/60-90mmHg) and is not fixed.
2. Non-physiological factors: Hypertensive patients with irregular medication or irregular life, accompanied by a large number of smoking and drinking, will cause fluctuations in blood pressure up and down, beyond the normal range, and fluctuations in the magnitude of large.
Sometimes high and sometimes low blood pressure may be physiological factors or non-physiological factors. Hypertensive patients need to live a healthy and regular life, take medication regularly, maintain stable blood pressure, closely monitor blood pressure changes, and consult a doctor if they feel unwell to avoid delays in their condition.
