How soon to be discharged after pulmonary vascular malformation intervention

Pulmonary vascular interventions are minimally invasive and have a good therapeutic effect, and they can be discharged from bed after 24 hours of routine postoperative braking. If the underlying pathology is good, i.e. bronchiectasis is in a stable stage, the patient can be discharged on the third day after surgery. If the patient has pulmonary tuberculosis with hemoptysis, he should be transferred to the tuberculosis department for further medication treatment and can be discharged in about 10 days. In addition, if the patient has a serious infection, it is recommended to transfer to the respiratory department for treatment, and the patient can usually be discharged after about two weeks of regular anti-infection treatment. After discharge, patients are advised to take more rest, for example, three months of rest is routinely recommended for patients with tuberculosis, and participation in strenuous activities is prohibited.
