Labor is defined as a woman who has entered into labor. The main signs are: regular and gradually increasing contractions lasting 30 seconds or more with an interval of 5-6 minutes, accompanied by progressive disappearance of the cervical canal, dilatation of the uterine opening and descent of the fetal prelude, which cannot be suppressed by sedative drugs. Before labor, there is a kind of false labor. False labor is a condition in which the pregnant woman feels a slight lumbar swelling and an irregular pain in the abdomen, which lasts for a short period of time, often less than 30 seconds, and does not gradually increase or shorten the interval, but often appears at night and disappears early in the morning. The indications for hospital visits are regular contractions, premature rupture of membranes, and vaginal bleeding.
