Mesenteric lymph node enlargement without inflammation in blood test may be due to mild inflammatory infection, lymphoma, malignant tumor metastasis. 1. Mild inflammation and infection: if the patient has localized inflammation, such as intra-abdominal infection, it will cause the symptom of mesenteric lymph node enlargement; if the inflammation is mild, the presence of inflammation may not be detected in the blood test. 2. Lymphoma: lymphoma can also cause mesenteric lymph node enlargement, and there is no symptom of inflammation. This disease usually does not have symptoms such as pain in the early stage, and requires pathologic biopsy to determine. 3. Metastasis of malignant tumor: if there are malignant tumors such as lung cancer, colon cancer, stomach cancer, etc., when the tumor metastasizes to the mesenteric lymph nodes, it will lead to enlarged lymph nodes, and at the same time, there will not be inflammation in the blood test. Enlargement of mesenteric lymph nodes may also be caused by blood system diseases, connective tissue diseases, etc. When patients have enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes, they should consult doctor in time for examination and treatment according to the cause of the disease, and should not make judgment on the basis of blood test alone.
