What do contractions feel like during pregnancy

Contractions during pregnancy may be simple tightening and hardening of the stomach, or they may be irregular lower abdominal pains that are more intense. False contractions may be simple tightness and hardness of the stomach, and may be accompanied by mild pain and a sensation of falling. True uterine contractions will have regular pain in the lower abdomen, pain in the lower abdomen with obvious tightness, hardness, vaginal bleeding and other symptoms, contractions may continue to aggravate, produce a more intense pain, will be accompanied by the cervical canal shortening and dilatation of the uterine opening. False uterine contractions may be relieved with proper oxygen and rest, while true uterine contractions should be prepared for labor in the hospital, and any abnormalities should be treated promptly.
