What is the most effective treatment for a throat impaction?

There is no such thing as the most effective treatment for a throat impingement, and the correct treatment should be applied in time to remove the impingement from the throat.
1. If you have a fish stick in your throat, cough or vomit to see if the fish stick can be discharged by the airflow.
2. If you cannot solve the problem by yourself, we recommend that you go to the hospital in time. If the fishbone is near the tonsils, it can be removed directly with tweezers under a light source. If the fishbone is deeper, in the epiglottis, root of the tongue, pyriform fossa, etc., the doctor can remove it under electronic laryngoscopy.
Be careful not to swallow the fishbone by eating a vegetable or rice ball. If the fishbone is swallowed deeper and gets stuck inside the esophagus, an esophageal foreign body may form. It may induce esophageal perforation, mediastinal abscess infection, and even life-threatening in severe cases.
If a fishbone is stuck in the throat and cannot be discharged on its own, it needs to be actively consulted and removed by a specialist.
