Pre-mixed insulin injection

More than half of the patients who are injected with premixed insulin in clinical practice are injected in a less than appropriate manner, the most common of which is not being adequately mixed before injection. The insulin cartridge contains a small rice-sized glass bead that is used to help mix the insulin. It is slowly turned up and down 180 degrees 10 times at the end before injection and then rubbed horizontally with both hands 10 times before adjusting the injection unit for injection. Ensure mixing well to ensure that the ratio of injected insulin is the ratio labeled in the instructions, and to ensure adequate doses of short-acting and intermediate-acting insulin.
