Neurologic migraines can be relieved by analgesics, both non-specific and specific analgesics. Neurogenic migraine is migraine. 1. Non-specific analgesics: commonly used drugs are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as ibuprofen, diclofenac and so on. 2. Specific analgesics: including treprostinil and ergot alkaloids. (1) Triptans, such as sumatriptan, have been shown to be more effective than ergot alkaloids. They are contraindicated in patients with uncontrolled hypertension and should be used with caution in pregnant women. (2) Ergot alkaloids: e.g., ergotamine tartrate. Adverse effects are large, including abdominal pain, diarrhea, and muscle weakness. If migraine occurs, the drug should be standardized under the guidance of a doctor.
