Does Adapalene Gel treat enlarged pores?

Adapalene Gel does not treat enlarged pores. Adapalene Gel is a retinoid compound that is indicated for common acne characterized by pimples, papules and pustules. Therefore, the drug does not treat enlarged pores. Local irritation may be experienced during the first 2 to 4 weeks of treatment, and in severe cases the number of doses should be reduced or suspended. The dose should be reduced to the minimum amount if exposed to sunlight during administration. Avoid contact with mucous membranes of the eyes, nose and mouth. Not to be used in patients with trauma, eczema, sunburn or very severe acne. Seek medical attention as soon as possible in case of discomfort.
