Anal itching and whitening may be due to sinusitis, perianal eczema or ringworm.
1. Sinusitis: Sinusitis is an inflammatory lesion that occurs in the anal sinuses. 2. Perianal eczema: perianal eczema is a type of eczema that refers to a kind of allergic skin disease that occurs in the skin around the anus. Patients can have obvious itching, different degrees of erythema, blisters, moss-like changes and flaking and other symptoms, but also will make the local skin around the anus is damaged, light pigmentation or shedding, whitening.
3. Ringworm: ringworm is caused by a fungal infection of the skin, which usually occurs in the perianal area, perineum, groin and so on. Ringworm usually manifests as itching in the groin and other parts of the body, prolonged infection, so that the local skin turns white.
