What’s wrong with moist and itchy anus

Damp and itchy anus may be related to hemorrhoids, perianal eczema or anal fistula and other diseases.
1. Hemorrhoids: constipation, spicy dietary stimuli and other factors can induce the rectal mucosa or the formation of venous masses under the anal canal, blood in the stool, hemorrhoidal prolapse and so on. Hemorrhoids prolapse or have anal sphincter relaxation, secretion outflow, resulting in perianal moisture, stimulation of the surrounding skin, resulting in skin itching.
2. Perianal eczema: eczema is confined to the perianal skin or perineum, with localized dampness and itching, and at the same time, there may be red rashes, vesicles, oozing, desquamation or crusting.
3. anal fistula: because of perianal abscess rupture or incision pus discharge after a long time can form an anal fistula, in the fistula outflow of pus, resulting in perianal skin moisture, pus stimulation produces itchy feeling.
It is recommended that when the anus appears moist, itchy or red rash, should go to the hospital for consultation and examination, to clarify the cause of the disease, to give targeted treatment, a long time without healing, affecting the quality of life, and even delay the condition.
