What’s wrong with the tingling of the fingertips of the right hand?

Numbness of the fingertips of the right hand may be caused by cervical spondylosis, brachial plexus nerve injury, elbow canal syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome and peripheral neuropathy.
1. Cervical spondylosis: the nerve roots in the neck are compressed due to degenerative cervical spondylosis or osteophytes, which induces numbness in the fingertips of the right hand.
2. Brachial plexus nerve injury: generally common in the head, neck, shoulder, upper limb pulling injury or thoracic outlet or above the clavicle tumor caused by the compression of the brachial plexus nerve, resulting in numbness of the fingertips.
3. Elbow canal syndrome: generally related to the ulnar nerve compression in the elbow canal of the elbow, which can also cause numbness of the right fingertips, mainly the ring finger and little finger tip numbness.
4. Carpal tunnel syndrome: the median nerve is compressed in the carpal tunnel and induces numbness of the right fingertips.
It is recommended that patients need to go to the regular hospital to receive further examination, according to the relevant results of the examination, under the guidance of specialists for treatment.
