13 to 15 months Ontogeny and vestibular balance training: ①Can train to walk independently and pull toys forward. ② Encourage the child to walk sideways and backwards for a few steps. ③You can pull your child up the stairs, although your child can not grasp the body balance, but can perceive the concept of high and low. ④After training, the child can build 3 to 4 blocks, play with jack toys, pen insert pencil, puzzle pieces, thread beads, fishing toys, and hold a pen to doodle. ⑤ Learn to use a spoon to put food in the mouth and drink water from a cup. Tactile training: playing with water, dirt, sand, swimming, walking barefoot, and playing games with children that require physical contact. 16-18 months: proprioceptive and vestibular balance training: ① Squatting to pick up objects, then standing up and walking again, walking sideways and backwards. ② Hold the railing up and down the stairs and start to learn to run. ③Training to draw lines, read books, take objects from small bottles, build a wooden tower with 4 blocks and then push it down. ④Go out and play in swivel chairs and seat type swings. Tactile training: train to lift and kick the ball, throw the ball, and walk barefoot. 19-21 months: Training in proprioceptive and vestibular balance: ① Training in walking backwards and sideways steadily, walking on a balance beam, and running around obstacles. ②Let the child learn simple paper folding, puzzles, and bead threading. After training, children can use cups, bowls and spoons to drink and eat by themselves. ③Train your child to draw horizontal or vertical lines accurately. 22~24 months Ontogeny and vestibular balance training: ①Train to run steadily and rarely fall. ②Be able to hold on or go upstairs independently. ③Train the child to jump, frog jump and rabbit jump with both feet off the ground at the same time. ④Help your child learn to string beads and other games, open the latch to open the door, fold paper and read books page by page, use a pen to learn to draw vertical lines and circles, and build up 7 to 8 layers of blocks or insert inserts. 25~30 months Ontogeny and vestibular balance training: ①Training children to go up stairs alternately with both feet steadily and independently, go down stairs independently, and stand on one foot. ②Learn to ride a tricycle. ③ Encourage your child to jump down on low steps, and raise the height appropriately when the movement is mastered and stable. ④You can teach your child to draw some simple shapes, such as straight lines, horizontal lines, circles, etc. You can consciously train your child to thread beads with thin ropes, play with blocks and puzzle toys, and build some cars, trains, towers and gatehouses with blocks. ⑤ Learn to swim. 31~36 months Ontogeny and vestibular balance training: ① Encourage your child to stand on one foot, jump on one foot, walk on the toes, jump up or jump far from the ground with both feet in place, or jump down from the steps (pay attention to protect your child’s safety). ②Use both feet to alternate when going down stairs. ③Crossing obstacles. ④Ride a three-wheeled stroller, bicycle, etc. ⑤Cutting paper, simple drawing, gradually learning to put on clothes and buttons. ⑥Learn to swim.
