What’s wrong with the numbness of the middle and ring fingers?

Numbness of the middle and ring fingers may be related to cervical spondylosis, carpal tunnel syndrome, diabetic peripheral neuropathy and so on.
1. Cervical spondylosis: such as cervical disc herniation, cervical spondylolisthesis may cause spinal nerve compression, which may result in neck and arm discomfort, such as pain, numbness and other symptoms, and may also cause numbness of the ring and middle fingers.
2. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome: Generally because the median nerve is compressed, it can cause numbness in the fingers, such as numbness in the middle finger and ring finger.
3. Diabetic peripheral neuropathy: it is a complication of diabetes mellitus, which can cause peripheral nerve sensory disorders in the limbs, resulting in numbness of the middle and ring fingers.
It is recommended that patients with symptoms of numbness in the middle and ring fingers should go to the hospital in time to find out the cause of the numbness under the guidance of the doctor.
