Is a crooked nose a blocked blood vessel?

A crooked nose is not a blockage of blood vessels, but may be caused by congenital developmental abnormalities, or nasal polyps, nasal bone fractures and other diseases.
1. Congenital developmental abnormality: Usually, it is considered that during the process of growth and development and ossification, the development or growth between bone and cartilage is not balanced, which leads to the existence of deviation or deformity at the joints of the nasal bone, and so there will be the phenomenon of crooked nose.
2. Nasal polyps: the etiology of this disease is not clear, research has shown that it may be related to pathogenic microbial infections, heredity, immune mechanism and other reasons, followed by benign swelling in the nasal cavity, if the polyp is large in size, it may cause changes in the shape of the nasal cavity, and visually, the nose will feel crooked.
3. Nasal bone fracture: this disease is mainly caused by external trauma, such as accidental impact of the nose, traffic accidents, etc., so the nose and the nasal bone around the deformity will occur, manifested as a wider bridge, oblique, collapsed saddle nose, and so on.
It is recommended that patients with crooked noses go to the hospital to improve the relevant examinations to clarify the specific causes.
