Nutrition is an important material basis for human life, growth and development and health, and national nutrition is a matter of national quality improvement and economic and social development. It is said that nutrition is not only material, but also spiritual, the body and the soul always have to have one on the way. Material nutrition supports the healthy development of the body and spiritual food supports the healthy development of the mind, and it is our common pursuit to have both body and soul on the road. Advocate the basic principle of balanced diet, adhere to the dietary pattern of diversified food and cereal-based diet, and promote the formation and consolidation of national healthy eating habits. Promote scientific exercise concepts, cultivate exercise and fitness habits, strengthen personal weight management, and provide diet and exercise intervention for overweight and obese adults. Regularly revise and publish dietary guidelines for residents and physical activity guidelines for adults. Improve the capacity and effectiveness of nutritional support for sports people. Establish a nutrition network information service platform for sports people, build a sports nutrition prescription library, promote precise nutrition guidance for sports people, and reduce the risk of sports injury. Revise national standards and industry standards related to sports nutrition food in a timely manner, improve sports nutrition food technology research and development capabilities, and promote industrial development. Promote the development of physical medicine integration. Investigate the nutritional status and exercise behavior of people with nutrition-related chronic diseases such as diabetes, obesity and bone diseases, and build a nutrition and exercise health management model that focuses on prevention and combines prevention and treatment.
