How to treat postpartum loosening and bulging

If the vagina is lax after delivery and the anterior and posterior walls of the vagina are bulging, clinically it is mainly due to the prolonged compression of the pelvic floor muscles by the dewlap during delivery, which decreases the tone of the pelvic floor muscles and leads to local laxity and bulging of the anterior and posterior walls of the vagina. In clinical practice, the following treatment should be done: do anal lifting exercises in daily life, so that the pelvic floor muscles can gradually recover and the vagina can be tightened and the anterior and posterior vaginal walls can be improved. It is also recommended to do pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy for 2 or 3 consecutive menstrual cycles to get better clinical results, mainly using electrical stimulation to restore the local tension, which will improve the vaginal and anterior and posterior vaginal wall bulge.
