How to regulate spleen deficiency in adults

Adults with spleen deficiency can mainly be adjusted by improving dietary structure, medication or physiotherapy in Chinese medicine.
1. Dietary adjustments: People with cold spleen and stomach should avoid eating cold and spicy foods (such as tobacco, alcohol, chili peppers or cold drinks, etc.), and can consume a moderate amount of food that is good for the spleen and stomach (such as millet, Chinese yam, barley, etc.) in order to achieve the preventive health care effect of strengthening the spleen and benefiting the qi.
2. Medication: People with cold spleen and stomach can also take Chinese medicines to strengthen the spleen and replenish the deficiency (e.g. Si Jun Zi Tang, Sen Ling Bai Zhu San or Zhen Zhong Yi Qi Pill, etc.) as prescribed by the doctor, in order to regulate the spleen and stomach.
3. Physical therapy in Chinese medicine: This mainly refers to the treatment of spleen deficiency by regulating blood vessels or meridians through acupuncture, cupping or gua sha and other Chinese medicine theories.
Adults with spleen deficiency are advised to consult a doctor under the guidance of a Chinese medicine practitioner for a clear diagnosis and symptomatic treatment, and not to use medication or acupuncture on their own to avoid delays in their condition.
