Treatment The first group is taken for each lesion in the lower extremity, and the second group is taken for each upper extremity. The main points are the main points, and the matching points are added according to the location. The needle is inserted with 1~1.5 inch 28 gauge milli-needle, and after obtaining the Qi, the twisting and lifting technique is used to supplement the diarrhea; the diarrhea method is used in the acute period, and the flat supplement and flat diarrhea method is used in the recovery period, and the needles are retained for 30 minutes. Needle is performed once every 10 minutes. Daily or every other day, 7-10 times for a course of treatment, the course of treatment interval of 3-5 days. 3.Efficacy evaluation Efficacy criteria: clinical cure: symptoms and signs disappear, blood uric acid drops to normal, no recurrence within 1~1.5 years; effective: symptoms and signs basically disappear, blood uric acid drops, the interval between attacks is significantly prolonged; ineffective: symptoms, signs and blood uric acid examination are not improved. The above method was used to treat patients with gouty arthritis. According to the above criteria, 70 cases were clinically cured, 9 cases were effective and 3 cases were invalid, with a total effective rate of 92.3%. Second, pricking blood 1. acupuncture points Main acupuncture points: in 2 groups. 1. aye-point, tai-chong, nei-ting, corresponding points; 2. quchi, yangchi, yangxi, tai-chong, qiu-xu, taixi, yanglingquan, blood sea. Location of the A-Yi point: the most obvious place of redness, swelling and heat pain. Corresponding point location: the corresponding part of the A-Yi point on the healthy side of the hand. 2. Treatment: Take one group at a time, alternating between the two groups, or use one group alone. The first group is taken each time, only take the affected side of the point; the second group each time to take 2 to 3 points, alternately selected, which in addition to Yangchi, Taixi, Blood Sea to take the affected side, the rest are taken bilaterally. The first group of acupuncture points: the first point with a trigeminal needle, bleeding a few drops, and then the 26 1.5-inch milli-needle, stabbing the corresponding point 1 needle, the affected side of Tai Chong, Nei Ting and with 15 degrees angle three needles around the acupuncture point (the tip of these three needles point to the trigeminal needle bleeding), using the diarrhea method, retaining the needle for 30 minutes. The second group of stabbing method: in the selected acupuncture point area first pat with the fingers several times to make local congestion, perform routine sterilization, bet on the hand to press both sides of the acupuncture point to make the skin tense, with a small trigeminal needle, quickly puncture the acupuncture point, the depth depends on the acupuncture point. Squeeze bleeding, add fire cupping in some points, bleeding amount to 3-10ml is appropriate. Disinfect the area and add a dressing to fix it. The above two methods of treatment once or twice a week, 3 to 7 times for a course of treatment, the course of treatment interval of one week. 3, efficacy evaluation A total of 53 cases of gouty arthritis patients were treated, according to the aforementioned criteria, 31 cases were clinically cured and 22 cases were effective, with a total efficiency of 100% [5,6]. Fire acupuncture 1. Main acupuncture points: xingcheng, taichong, nei ting, and shigu. Supporting points: Qiu Hui, Du Du, Tai Bai, Blood Sea, Di Yu, Feng Long, Spleen Yu, Tai Xi, and San Yin Jiao. 2.Treatment The main points are taken 2 at a time, and the supporting points are taken 1 to 2 according to the condition. Use coarse fire needles for the foot acupoints and fine fire needles for the acupoints above the ankle joint. Needle foot acupuncture points, so that patients take an upright position or sitting position, feet hanging down, under the foot pad several layers of grass paper, acupuncture points line iodine, alcohol after strict disinfection, the fire needle in the alcohol lamp burned to red to white light, aligned with the acupuncture points quickly stabbed out, the depth of 0.3 ~ 1 inch or so, each point stabbed 1 ~ 3 needles, after the needle that there is dark red blood from the needle hole spray, until the bleeding up to 10 ~ 30ml before the bleeding can be stopped. In general, the bleeding is initially dark red, and will stop on its own when the blood is dark to light, if the bleeding does not stop, pressure can be applied to stop the bleeding. The points above the ankle should be taken in a sitting position, and each point should be pricked with 1 needle. In acute cases of gouty arthritis, several stitches can be applied to the red and swollen affected area to drain the pulpy exudate. The above method is used once a week, and the patient is instructed to keep the needle holes clean for 48 hours. Note: This method is prohibited for patients with blood disorders. 3, efficacy evaluation The above method treated a total of 157 patients, the results were clinically cured in 123 cases, effective in 25 cases, and ineffective in 9 cases, with an overall efficiency of 94.3% [7,8]. It was found that the amount of bleeding (up to 30 ml) from fire acupuncture points of the foot was the key to a single cure. Fourth, acupuncture plus jar 1, acupuncture points Main acupuncture point: aye-point. Location of A-Yi point: the redness and swelling is obvious. 2. Treatment: Put the patient in a reclining position, sterilize the A-Yi point, and tap with a seven-star needle until the skin bleeds. Immediately add fire cupping and use a flattened penicillin vial with the bottom removed to cupping the small joints by pumping, and then remove the cupping and wipe away the blood stasis with a dry cotton ball. Evaluation of efficacy A total of 39 cases were treated with this method, resulting in 24 clinically cured cases and 15 effective cases, with an efficiency of 100% [9]. V. Body acupuncture plus pointer 1. acupuncture points Main acupuncture point: aye-point. Location of the A-Ye point: the site where the gout stones are located. Gout stones are mostly raised nodules, as small as sesame seeds or as large as eggs, and are usually found in the ear, toes, fingers, and elbows. 2.Treatment After finding the AYI point, the base of the gout stone is stabbed with 4 needles from the left to the right, and then 1 needle is stabbed along the middle of the gout stone in a direction perpendicular to the needle stabbed into the base of the gout stone, using the twisting method of lifting and inserting, and the needle is left in place for 20 minutes after obtaining Qi. After starting the needle, use the thumb to push the affected area with the one-finger zen technique, and at the same time use the pressing and squeezing method for 15 minutes. Once every other day, 5 times for a course of treatment. 3. Evaluation of efficacy A total of 10 cases of patients with gout stone were treated with this method, and all of them were basically cured [10]. VI. Comprehensive method 1. acupuncture points Main acupuncture points: ayurveda, san yin jiao, qiu shu, tai bai, tai chong, nei ting. Supporting acupoints: Da Du on the toe, Shang Qiu on the ankle, and Calvary on the knee. Location of the A-Yi point: at the redness and swelling. 2. Treatment: Main acupuncture point, 3 to 4 acupuncture points at a time, with additional matching points according to the site of onset. The other acupuncture points are treated with No. 28 1.5-inch milli-needle, and after acupuncture, the acupuncture is performed with the twisting and turning technique or the diarrhea method in the acute phase and the flat patching and flat diarrhea method in the recovery phase. Retain the needle for 30 minutes, and apply the technique once every 10 minutes. Once a day. Add the following herbs: 3g of Fangqi, 12g of Astragalus membranaceus, 12g of Atractylodes Macrocephala, 15g of Morus alba, 30g of Lonicera japonica, 12g of Radix Achyranthes bidentata, 18g of Papaya, 12g of Dilong, 15g of Paeonia lactiflora, 18g of Sangchuang, 4 whole scorpions, 2 centipedes. The latter two are dried and finely powdered and taken in 2 doses. The above medicine is taken as 1 dose per day, divided into 2 doses with water decoction. Acupuncture medicine are 7 days as a course of treatment, generally need to treat two courses of treatment. 3, efficacy evaluation The above method treated a total of 69 cases (including 10 cases with acupuncture plus the external application of Chinese medicine), the results: 34 cases were clinically cured, 29 cases were effective, invalid 1 case, the total efficiency of 98.6%.
