What’s going on with the asymmetry of the ears?

Asymmetry of one ear in front and one ear in back may be related to poor sleeping posture, developmental abnormalities and genetic factors.
1. Poor sleeping posture: If you often sleep on one side, it may push and press one side of the temporal bone forward, and the ear on this side is inclined to the front, and the other side is inclined to the back.
2. Developmental abnormality: If the embryonic period is stimulated by adverse physical and chemical factors and biological or drug stimulation, causing abnormal development of the temporal bone, it may also appear asymmetrical signs of one ear in front and one ear in back.
3. Genetic factors: some people have similar physical characteristics in their family members, and there may be family genetic aggregation factors.
When the asymmetry of the ears is found, you can actively seek medical advice and follow the doctor’s instructions for systematic examination in order to make a clear diagnosis.
