The following causes are common when arm soreness occurs: First, severe cervical spondylosis, cervical spinal stenosis, and cervical disc herniation can all stimulate the nerves, causing edema and inflammatory reactions in the nerves. Through timely treatment, the symptoms of arm pain and numbness can be relieved, and upper limb movement and cervical spine range of motion can also be restored.
