Treatment of UTI

The treatment of uremia mainly includes drug therapy and renal replacement therapy.
1. Drug therapy: including correction of acidosis and water, electrolyte disorders, treatment of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, treatment of anemia, oral adsorption therapy and diarrhea therapy, etc. The drugs include sodium bicarbonate, furosemide, atorvastatin, recombinant human erythropoietin, activated charcoal preparation and so on.
2. Renal replacement therapy: including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and kidney transplantation. Patients who are to undergo hemodialysis should establish vascular access in advance.
