How to read the cervical liquid-based cytology report card

The cervical liquid-based cytology report card, which is often referred to as the TCT test report card, needs to be viewed comprehensively from the satisfaction of the specimen, report comments, pathogens and other parts of the report, which need to be read by the doctor. 1. Satisfaction of the specimen: usually on the laboratory report card, you can pass the chemotaxis cells, cervical canal cells and so on. Based on these, the satisfaction of the specimen and whether it meets the test requirements are judged. 2. Report opinion: The bottom report opinion is, the most important part of TCT, is that it can be seen whether there are lesions, such as non-squamous epithelial cells, atypical squamous cell abnormalities, low-grade squamous epitheliopathy, and cervical precancerous lesions. 3. Pathogens: In the report card, you can see whether the test results of viruses or fungi, common including HPV human papillomavirus infection, mold, trichomonas, herpes and so on. In addition, the report card should be read by the doctor, if there is any abnormality, you should follow the doctor’s instructions for regular review and treatment.
