The claim of the best way to regulate menstrual amenorrhea is unfounded. Regulating menstrual amenorrhea is often treated by identifying the symptoms and types of menstrual amenorrhea. The main types are kidney qi deficiency, kidney yin deficiency, kidney yang deficiency, spleen deficiency, and qi stagnation and blood stasis (blood stagnation due to lack of qi flow). 1. Kidney qi deficiency: manifested by delayed onset of menstruation, or low menstrual flow in the late menstrual period, gradual amenorrhea, frequent urination, and indifference to sexual desire.
