What symptoms appear after two years of HPV infection?

HPV is human papillomavirus. After two years of HPV infection, there may be benign skin manifestations, and in the case of high-risk HPV infection, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia may occur. HPV infection is mainly transmitted through sexual contact, close contact and medical transmission, and is one of the more common STDs. If infected with low-risk human papillomavirus, after two years, some patients may develop common warts, mostly on the hands, feet and other parts of the body, and may also develop periungual warts, filiform warts, condyloma acuminatum and so on. If infected with high-risk HPV, i.e. type 16, type 18, type 52, etc., it may lead to abnormalities in the cervical mucosal cells and induce cervical cancer. In addition to the above, high-risk HPV may also induce laryngeal cancer, oral cancer and other diseases. Regarding the symptoms associated with HPV infection, there is no absoluteness, and it also needs to be analyzed according to individual circumstances.
