In 2012 I started using Cook Biodesign soft tissue regenerative repair material (porcine small intestine submucosal tissue, SIS). The following procedures were successfully performed: 1. artificial vaginoplasty 2, persistent vaginal infection with vaginal cervical adhesions, complete atresia of the vault and vaginal reduction ring. Vaginoplasty was performed with Biodesign soft tissue regenerative repair material. 3.Anterior Pelvic Floor Graft (APGF). 4. Posterior Pelvic Floor Graft (PPLG) Pelvic floor graft illustration: anterior wall Biodesign soft tissue regenerative repair material Biodesign soft tissue regenerative repair material not only allows for complete tissue reshaping and reconstruction, but also for strong and long-lasting regenerative tissue. Another important value of Biodesign is that it helps to minimize the risk of infection. Biodesign interacts with the body, sending biological signals for the surrounding tissue to grow into the scaffold, thus allowing the body to repair itself and restore healthy tissue. While synthetic patches are hard and can cause scarring, erosion and fibrous encapsulation, Biodesign overcomes the disadvantages of synthetic patches by completely contouring and rebuilding the body’s tissues to grow into a strong, blood-rich tissue supply. I tell you that there is absolutely no need for rejection of the drug. A patient was reviewed on 2013-5-24 after the surgery on 2013-3-19. Preoperative uterine prolapse 2nd degree, bladder prolapse 2nd degree, previous stress urinary loss. The operation was performed: total vaginal hysterectomy, urethral folding, round ligament with sacral ligament shortening and reinforcement followed by suspension, and placement of Biodesign soft tissue regenerative repair material in the bladder and urethra. The operation went smoothly, and the urinary catheter was removed on the second day. On the fifth day, the patient was able to completely drain the urine and cough hard without any leakage. On review: the patient coughs without overflowing urine after holding her breath, the vagina is at least 8cm, the anterior wall bladder is flat, smooth and elastic, the tissue is tough but not hard, completely different from the coarse, hard and dead feeling of the synthetic patch. It is so nice, this patch has life, it is strong and elastic like the fascia of a young man, so wonderful.
